About Total Football
Total Football Inc. was founded in July 2007, with the purpose of introducing high-level European-style football training techniques to players and coaches in Japan. We have since developed a number of successful programs, including Nike Elite Training Live, Total Football Academy and TFA Elite Soccer Academy.
World Class Training Bible
Based in central Tokyo, our coaches visit schools and clubs throughout Kanto and Kansai, providing custom-made coaching clinics to players at all levels.
We also work with major European clubs including Manchester United, FC Barcelona, the KNVB, Juventus and Celtic, bringing their top youth coaches over to Japan to share pro-level techniques with local coaches.
In addition to this we develop and run numerous one-off footballing events including soccer camps, lectures and tournaments.
Since October 2010, Total Football president and head coach Leigh Manson (author of the World Class Training Bible, right) has been heading the new Nike FC based in Harajuku, Tokyo.
We continue to develop new, customized programs for a growing portfolio of clients, with the goal of raising the level of Japanese football to that of the world’s top clubs.
